Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute at reduced rates or not at all. Contribution rates are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, collusion, arbitrage betting, or using automated software to meet wagering requirements — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate bonus forfeiture, Account closure, and confiscation of any Balance.
While a bonus is active, the maximum bet per spin or per round is capped at Rp 50.000 unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's terms. Exceeding the maximum bet may void the bonus and any associated winnings.
All bets are subject to acceptance by demo77. demo77 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, particularly in cases where there is reason to suspect fraudulent activity, technical error, or palpable odds error.
Sports bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body at the conclusion of the event. Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) and are final. Any disputes regarding settlement must be raised within 14 days of the event or game round in question.
If a game session is interrupted due to technical failure or internet disconnection, demo77 will make reasonable efforts to restore the session. If restoration is not possible, the game round will be settled according to the state recorded on demo77's servers at the time of disconnection.
